The owner of this 1923 Oakland Craftsman cared deeply about returning the home to its original glory—and RAYCO was proud to meet that challenge.
Following EPA Lead-Based Paint restoration standards and best practices, the team began by carefully protecting surrounding surfaces with plastic sheathing and wet-scraping the exterior. Once thoroughly scraped, the entire home received a complete prime coat to prepare it for patching. All patched areas were then tooled and sanded using HEPA-vacuum attachments for maximum safety and cleanliness.
After a second primer application over the repairs, the home was finished with two coats of premium paint—restoring both its beauty and its integrity.
